I’m Eliana (Eli), the proud owner of Sugar Loft Bakery, a gluten-free home bakery established in 2022. As a registered Home Processor in New York State, I’m passionate about creating delicious treats for weekly pickups, special occasions, and events.
My gluten-free journey began in 2012 after my Celiac Disease diagnosis. After years of perfecting recipes, I’m excited to share desserts that taste just as amazing as they look.
